Billionaire Tilman: Bitcoin Is Going Nowhere

Billionaire Tilman Fertitta is bullish about the prospects of Bitcoin, the popular digital currency. The restaurateur believes that the rise of the bitcoin will be on the lines of the dot-com revolution that happened in the late 90s.

The Landry’s CEO is of the opinion that the cryptocurrency is here to stay. It is new to people now. But, it is going to be a big hit in the future. His biggest worry about the new age currency is that it is not insured. According to him, bitcoin is just like paper and it is not in physical form. He believes that a lot of people will invest in the bitcoin-only if the FDIC insures it.

Tilman Fertitta has some reservations about bitcoin. But, still, he says that his business will be accepting bitcoin as a payment very soon. He recollects someone coming to his office and saying that the world is going to change because of a new thing called the internet. The person was right.

The internet has changed the world in a big way. So, a new thing like bitcoin also could ring in the changes very soon. Everything is now moving at a very fast pace. The acceptance of Bitcoin as a currency is not far away.
